01 / FAMILY-OPERATED

Good landscaping is visible. Good service is felt.

Oscar Morales Landscaping is a family-operated company based in Wading River and serving all of Suffolk County. For us, the job is not finished when the equipment shuts off. It is finished when the property is clean, the plan is understood, and the customer knows what comes next.

01

The plan is clear

Scope, price, materials, access, and expectations are discussed before the work is scheduled.

02

You stay informed

Weather and route changes happen. Silence should not. We send the update and explain what comes next.

03

The finish matters

The work is not complete until the property is cleaned up and the agreed result has been reviewed.

02 / SERVICES

The work your property needs—without the vague language.

Every estimate is based on the actual property, access, season, materials, and finish—not a one-size-fits-all package.

05 / COMMON QUESTIONS

Straight answers before the first visit.

Clear expectations make for better work. These are the details customers most often need before an estimate or scheduled project.

01Where do you work?

We are based in Wading River and serve properties throughout Suffolk County. Scheduling depends on the property, route, access, scope, and season.

02When are estimates scheduled?

Estimate visits are primarily arranged on weekends. When the current route places us nearby, a weekday visit may be available. We provide a heads-up before arrival.

03What happens when weather changes the route?

Rain and unsafe conditions can shift service. We communicate the change and the likely next service window rather than leaving customers guessing.

04How are larger projects placed on the schedule?

The scope, price, materials, and expectations are put in writing first. When an agreement is required, the project is scheduled after the signed documents and 20% deposit are received.

05Which payment methods are available?

Online invoices can be paid by card or ACH through QuickBooks Payments. Zelle, check, and cash are also available; any applicable online processing fee is shown before payment.

06What will customers see in the private account?

The planned invitation-only account brings together schedules, alerts, completed visits and photos, estimates, agreements, invoices, receipts, open balances, complete payment history, messages, and property preferences.
