Information you provide
You may choose to provide your name, phone number, email address, property address or town, project details, access information, and photos when requesting an estimate or communicating with us.
Information collected by the website
The website host may process standard technical information such as an IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and security logs needed to operate and protect the site.
Customer portal
The customer portal uses a one-time code sent to the email approved by our office. We store hashed sign-in codes and session tokens, limited abuse-prevention records, and a secure sign-in cookie that lasts up to seven days. Sign out on shared devices. Your property schedule, visit notes, and relevant announcements are visible only to authorized users. Portal updates do not automatically send email or text notifications.
Campaign links
When you visit through a campaign link, we may remember its source and campaign labels in your browser tab's session storage and include them with an estimate request. This helps us understand which advertising brings inquiries. This feature does not install an advertising pixel or store your contact details in browser storage.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, prepare estimates, schedule and perform services, communicate route or weather changes, and maintain customer and property records.
Payments and QuickBooks
Online invoices and card or ACH payments are handled through QuickBooks and Intuit. Oscar Morales Landscaping does not ask customers to enter card or bank information directly into this website.
When information is shared
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with providers that help operate our website, communications, accounting, and payments, or when disclosure is required by law.
Retention and security
We keep business records for as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, legal, and customer-support purposes. No online system is risk-free, but we use reasonable safeguards and restrict access to private records.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct your contact or property information, stop nonessential communications, or ask a privacy question by contacting us directly.
