Estimate requests
Sending a request does not create a service agreement, reserve a date, or guarantee a price. Work is scheduled only after the scope, pricing, access, and other required details are confirmed.
Service area and scheduling
We are based in Wading River and serve Suffolk County. Availability depends on the property, route, scope, season, materials, access, and weather. Unsafe or unsuitable conditions may move the schedule.
Agreements and deposits
Some projects require a signed agreement and an applicable 20% deposit before they are placed on the schedule. The written proposal or agreement identifies the requirements for that project.
Payments
Online invoices may be paid through QuickBooks Payments by card or ACH. Applicable processing charges are shown before an online payment. Zelle, check, and cash may also be available under the terms provided with the invoice or agreement.
Customer portal
The customer portal is planned as an invitation-only service. Until an account is formally activated, portal descriptions on this website explain the intended experience and are not a promise that live account data is already available.
Site content
The Oscar Morales Landscaping name, logo, written content, and original site design may not be copied or presented as another company’s work without permission.
Practical limits
We work to keep public information accurate, but schedules, seasonal guidance, services, and availability can change. Property-specific written communication controls over general website information.
